Abby Theodros is a multimedia journalist for WHAG News. A native Californian, Abby left the Golden State to pursue her career in broadcast journalism. She joined the WHAG news team in February of 2014 and as a general assignment reporter, she is excited to cover the 4-State Area!
Abby completed her Master's in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism in December of 2013. During her time at Medill, Abby covered breaking news stories in addition to a wide array of topics in both the Chicago and Washington, D.C. bureaus. Her work can be seen on WGN, United Press International, McClatchy, Medill Reports, Austin Weekly News and Northwest Indiana Times.

The Stephens City Police Department and other agencies are searching for an 88-year-old woman who was reported missing on Saturday. Betty Einung was last seen around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday when she left for a nearby McDonalds as part of her normal routine. Around noon, her family realized that she had not yet returned. Around 2 p.m. they contacted police and she was reported missing.
