Third suspect arrested for Montgomery Village homicide

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. - UPDATE
 
Police have arrested a third suspect for the homicide of 20-year-old man on Feb. 10
 
Wednesday, Davion Antonio Foster, was arrested in Tysons Center, Virginia.
 
He is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
 
He is currently being held at the Fairfax County Adult Dentention Center awaiting an extradition hearing to be returned to Montgomery County.

Montgomery County Police have arrested two men for the homicide of a 20-year-old man on Feb. 10.
 
The Major Crimes Division arrested Samuel Fayomi Brown, 20, and Tierek Jay Thomas, 20, for shooting and killing Wassi Harron Raheem Young.
 
At 2 p.m. on the day of the incident, the Emergency Communications Center received multiple 911 calls for a shooting. When officers from the 6th District and Fire and Rescue personnel arrived, they found Young suffering from a gunshot wound in the neighborhood parking lot of the 8,500-block of Hawk Run Terrace, where he died.
 
According to the press release, detectives received warrants and arrested them on Thursday in Prince George’s County at separate locations. Brown and Thomas were transported to the Central Processing Unit, where they were charged with first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
 
Brown and Thomas are being held on bond. Police said no additional details will be released.
