Juveniles in Frederick, Md. Charged with Tampering with Cars

- FREDERICK, Md. – Officers with the Frederick County Police Department were conducting a patrol check near Lindberg Avenue, when one of the officers saw three individuals who appeared to be trying to steal from inside an unlocked car.

All three individuals, whose identifications are being withheld, ran from the police. But officials say, they were able to apprehend two of the individuals.

The two were charged with two counts of being rogue and vagabond, one count of littering and two counts of tampering with a motor vehicle.

Frederick Police are still looking for the third suspect.
