Autopsy: Newspaper Reporter Shot in Neck

WINCHESTER - An autopsy has confirmed that a Winchester Star reporter who was found dead in her home was murdered.

Sarah Greenhalgh died of a gunshot wound to the neck, according to the Virginia Medical Examiner's Office.

Her body was discovered inside her home in Fauquier County, Va. on July 9th.  The house was on fire when authorities arrived.

There have been no arrests in her murder, but Fauquier County Sheriff's deputies have questioned several persons of interest.
