The blaze happened at a single-story residence along 1015 Virginia Avenue on Saturday. Arriving units saw fire coming out of the front door and adjourning windows.
Officials said the flames were under control in about 10 minutes. The fire started in a first-floor bedroom, spreading into the hallway and into the living room. They said heat and smoke was throughout the remainder of the house, with some extension into the attic.
All occupants inside the house were able to escape. No injuries were reported. The family is being assisted by the Red Cross at this time.
Damages estimated to the home are around $80,000, according to officials.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Warren County Fire and Rescue Fire Marshal, with assistance from Front Royal Police, and the Frederick County Fire Marshal's Office.
