Fire on Three Propane Trucks Causes $600,000 in Damages

FREDERICK, Md. - Three propane delivery trucks caught on fire Saturday morning in Frederick, Maryland, causing an estimated $600,000 in damages.

Crews were called to the 1500 block of Tilco Drive at the AmeriGas supply yard around 1 a.m.

Those with Frederick County Fire and Rescue say it took about 25 firefighters from six different companies an hour to put out the fire. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The fire marshal is investigating the cause and origin of this fire.
