WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD - A man convicted of stealing more than $200,000 from the Corner Pub in Hagerstown was sentenced this week.
Craig Spriggs of Williamsport will avoid jail time, but only if he continues to pay restitution and completes several years of probation.
Spriggs was an employee at the Corner Pub when the thefts took place.
Spriggs could still face up to 15 years behind bars if he does not pay the remainder of the restitution owed or does not comply with the terms of his probation.
