FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. - One of two Franklin County men facing child pornography charges pleaded not guilty to all charges against him in court this week, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

Joe Barclay, 59, of Waynesboro, Pa., pleaded not guilty to 15 child pornography related charges by waving his mandatory arraignment on Wednesday.

As we’ve reported, Barclay was arrested in March after agents discovered at least 15 video files containing child pornography inside multiple computers in his house, as well as images on a cell phone.

The arrests in March on Barlcay and Evan Lawbaugh, 30, of Waynesboro, Pa., were apart of the state attorney general's crackdown on child pornography.

Lawbaugh is also accused of having 15 files containing child pornography and he's facing 17 total charges.

Barclay is being held at the Franklin County Jail on $300,000 bond. Lawbaugh is being arraigned on May 7, 2014 at 1 p.m., officials say.
