After that came to light, many alleged the store for the mistreatment of their dogs. Something that the store is saying just isn’t true.
“Obviously the accusations were false,” Kristin Carter, a sales associate at the store says. “The only reason why we had this little hiccup is because the actual paperwork wasn’t properly placed in the vehicle at the time they (the dogs) were transported here. These dogs are in good hands.”
The six other dogs are also expected to be returned to the store as well. They are still in the county’s care because they need additional medical attention.
