Man Arrested for Breaking Into Vehicles

- FREDERICK, Md. - An officer with Frederick Police Department was patrolling in the area of Victoria Square Saturday around 3:13 a.m.

The officer saw a man pulling on several parked vehicles' door handles and was later arrested. The man has been identified as Joshua Goines, 19, of Frederick, Maryland.

While searching Goines, the officer found several items Goines stole from the unlocked vehicles.

Goines has been charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, rogue and vagabond, and theft less than $100.
