FREDERICK, Md. - A former Frederick man is facing numerous charges after officers said he sexually assaulted a female juvenile.

Frederick police said on May 20, 2014 at 4:47 p.m. they responded to the 100 block of W All Saints Street for a reported sex offense. The suspect was identified as Willie Clark, 56. Officers said Clark was a resident at this address at the time of the incident.

Detectives determined Clark approached two juvenile females in the area and while speaking with them, he grabbed the breast of one of the juveniles.

An arrest warrant was issued on Clark, charging him with third and fourth-degree sex offense, and second-degree assault.

On Wednesday, August 27 Clark was arrested in Baltimore County, Maryland. He was transferred to the Frederick Police Department, who then transported him to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

Clark is currently being held without bond.
