Man Suffers Hand Amputation, Flown to Trauma Center

WHAG NEWS - A man is being flown by Trooper 3 to a trauma center in Baltimore suffering from a hand amputation, according to Washington County dispatch. 

The call came in around 12:35 p.m. at the Tractor Supply Distribution Center along 11935 Hopewell Road in Hagerstown. 

A paramedic from Halfway, Engine 4 from Hagerstown Fire Department, and Utility 3 responded to the incident. 

Dispatchers tell WHAG the man was injured in some sort of fork lift incident.
