Martinsburg Man Sentenced on Drug Charges

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A man from Martinsburg was sentenced to Federal Prison for trafficking crack cocaine.

Timothy Williams, 24, was sentenced to just over 15 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine.

The judge also applied what they call enhancements to Williams' sentence due to possession of a firearm, and use of violence, among other things.

Williams is being held at the regional jail pending his being sent to a federal institution.

This case was investigated by the Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force.
