WHAG NEWS - Sometimes many of us tend to get caught up in the chaos within our daily lives. There are several ways to reduce that chaos and one of them is practicing yoga.

Kathy Anderson, a yoga instructor with Frederick Memorial Hospital demonstrated several poses with WHAG's Carmen Chau and Meteorologist Stephanie Sine.
