NEWSMAKER: Tomblin's Texting-While-Driving Bill

CHARLESTON, WV - More organizations are coming out to support Governor Earl Ray Tomblin's texting legislation. The Senate approved the bill that would allow police to ticket drivers for texting or talking on their cell phone while driving. It was sent to the House of Delegates.

Jan Vineyard, President of the West Virginia Truck Association, says they are in support of the bill.
