FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA - Fire crews worked for about an hour to put out a barn fire in Hamilton Township Sunday morning.

According to Deputy Chief Jeremy Rebok with the Franklin Fire Company, hay in one of the barns fueled the fire. The blaze then jumped to a second barn.

It took crews about an hour to extinguish the fire at 1367 Warm Spring Road in Hamilton Township.

According to emergency dispatchers, the call came in around 3:30 a.m. There were no animals inside and no one was injured.

Officials say one barn and all the equipment inside were totally destroyed and another barn was almost destroyed.

According to Deputy Chief Rebok, an investigation is ongoing, but the fire does not seem to be suspicious.
