PENNSYLVANIA - The Casey Anthony trial in Florida is prompting new legislation in Pennsylvania.

State Senator Larry Farnese from Philadelphia said Anthony is guilty of failing to tell officials that her daughter was missing.

The senator is introducing a bill that would make concealing the death of a child a felony.

Farnese calls the bill Caylee's law and says it would carry a prison term of up to seven years and fines up to $15,000.
