The Palmyra Farm in Hagerstown has been inducted into the shrine.
"It's a very special honor. We have many dairy farms in
Under the direction of Ralph Shank and Mary Shank Creek's families,
"We have 300 acres here to raise crops for the cattle. We're milking 175 cows and 150 young animals we raise to be future members of our herd," said Mary Shank.
"We're not really special to any farm, but we're strictly family. All family operated, family worked," said Ralph Shank.
The two families have continued their legacy at the farm for several generations.
"It's what we're born and raised with. It's what we love to do," said Ralph Shank.
