Sheriff's Deputy Found Not Guilty of Second-Degree Assault

- FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. - A Frederick County Sheriff's Deputy has been found not guilty of second-degree assault in a Washington County Circuit Court. 

As we've reported, Deputy Kevin White was arrested by Hagerstown Police in December 2013 after a man was injured outside Ava's Bar in Hagerstown. 

Deputy White was placed in an administrative position pending the outcome of the trial. He is a 13-year veteran of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.
