Updates: Further Details on I-81 Pa. Homicide Suspect Vehicle

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Police Homicide Task Force have released further information into the Interstate-81 homicide investigation. New details have surfaced regarding the suspect's vehicle, members say.

The photo above is showing the "type" of Ford Ranger authorities are now searching for. They said this is not an actual picture of the suspect's vehicle, just another example of the type of "dark blue lapis color" Ford Ranger they're looking for.

Members with the Task Force said they've released the new photo to Timothy Davison's family and others in the I-81 corridor who wanted an updated picture for flyers/Facebook.

Authorities want the public to keep in mind, since the suspect rammed Davison's silver SUV before he was fatally shot along the interstate, some silver paint may have transferred to the left side of the suspect's vehicle.

State police are asking anyone who may have drove in the area during the incident and witnessed anything, even if they think it might be insignificant, to please call the PA Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-4PA-TIPS. All callers can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward up to $10,000. State police say you can also visit the PA Crime Stoppers website here.

In addition to the PA Crime Stoppers reward, the family of Davison has increased their reward by offering $12,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for this crime. To learn more about Timothy Davison and how you can help, you can visit the family's website here or Facebook at "Justice for Asti".
