KEARNEYSVILLE, WV- A candidate for West Virginia Attorney General candidate made a campaign announcement on Thursday.

Republican Patrick Morrisey announced his plan for his first 100 days in office.  Morrisey promised to focus on Medicaid fraud.  He said he would distribute any settlement money from lawsuits back to the taxpayers.

"We have seen over the years that this attorney general has used settlement money to put out trinkets and to do television/radio commercials right up to Election Day. That is not right," Morrisey told a group of supporters.

"I'm going to end that when I'm elected."

He's running against Darrell McGraw.  Morrisey lives in Harpers Ferry.
