The Polar Bear Plunge is an annual tradition in Williamsport. People jump into the freezing Potomac to raise money for the Humane Society of Washington County.

Jimmy Jewells, the owner of Jewells & Jewells of Williamsport and Katherine Cooker of the Washington County Humane Society join WHAG for a live interview.
