CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - The Tourism Bureau in Franklin County has some exciting changes coming their way.

Back in 2016, the Bureau purchased an old space at 15 S. Main St. in the downtown area of Chambersburg.

Currently, the Bureau has plans to convert the space into the Franklin County Visitors Bureau 11/30 Welcome Center.

Within the new center, officials plan on adding ambassadors, rotating exhibits and a second floor event space to welcome new faces.

But most importantly, Bureau official are thankful for receiving a $20,000 grant through the Chesapeake Bay Funders for their new vision.
