FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. - There is set to be a change in power coming to three school districts in Franklin County as they will all have new superintendents.
In Waynesboro, native Todd Kline, will be the district's new superintendent. He is currently the Superintendent in Susquehanna Township.
In Greencastle, Hancock native Kendra Trail will officially start her position in May. She started her career in the Washington County Public Schools and was the Superintendent of Fulton County Schools for more than two years. Trail is currently the Executive Director of the Tuscarora Intermediate unit.
"Part of my plan is to do an entry plan and meet with stakeholders, such as administrators, teachers, students, parents and board members, to get a sense of what worked very well in this district and the successes that we want to continue to build upon as well as what are some areas that need tweaked," said Kendra Trail, upcoming Superintendent of the Greencastle-Antrim School District.
Matthew Strine, former Assistant Superintendent of the Shippensburg area School District, will take over as Superintendent of the Tuscarora School District starting Tuesday.
