Baltimore man faces time for distributing heroin in Berkeley County

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A Maryland man was convicted for distributing heroin in Martinsburg on Tuesday. 
 
Kelvin Johnson, of Baltimore, was convicted in federal court for distributing heroin, according to the Acting U.S. Attorney. 
 
Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of heroin. Kelvin admitted to distributing heroin in Berkeley County on May 28, 2016. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000. 
 
The Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated the case.
