Twenty-five more people indicted in Berkeley County

Most defendants are locals; some are from Hagerstown; one is from Delaware

BERKELEY COUNTY, W.Va. - On Tuesday, 25 people were indicted in Berkeley County on multiple charges, ranging from the delivery of heroin to malicious assault.
 
The majority of the indictments were in Berkeley County, but there were also some from Hagerstown and one from Wilmington, Delaware. 
 
The youngest person charged was 21-year-old Juan Herrera, of Martinsburg, for embezzlement, and the oldest person was 57-year-old Lewis Adams, of Martinsburg. He was charged with three counts of the delivery of heroin and conspiracy to deliver heroin.
