Dustin Johnson Goes Low in the Early Wave Saturday

Dustin Johnson was right below the eventual cut line as he walked up the 18th fairway on Friday, and then he made a clutch birdie that allowed him to stay in Rochester for the weekend.

When he stood on the first tee tied for last place at 3-over par, and by the end of his day he moved up 45 spots. He shot a 5-under par 65 on Saturday, which moved him from +3 for the week to -2. This round included a 4-under 31 on the back nine, with 3 birdies in the last 6 holes.

Johnson stands 7 shots back of the leader, Jason Dufner, but by the end of the day it could be a different story.
