HAGERSTOWN, MD - A 13th person has been indicted by a Washington County Grand Jury in connection with an April 15th gang-related shooting incident on Jonathon Street in Hagerstown.

Keenan Lattisaw faces multiple charges; among them:  attempted second degree murder, first degree assault, criminal conspiracy and the use of a firearm in a violent crime.

Mark Dawson was shot in the leg back in April and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  He too was indicted last Thursday.

Police Chief Mark Holtzman confirmed to WHAG News last week that this was a shooting incident between the infamous gang the Bloods and Crips.
