October Warmth Continues

TODAY: It's mostly sunny and very warm as a high pressure ridge sits to our south. A westerly wind will put us in a pronounced westerly to southwesterly wind flow bumping our high up to 85. The record high for today is 89 set back in 1951.

TONIGHT: Mainly clear and rather mild with some patchy fog possible late. Low 58.

THURSDAY: Sunshine with a few high clouds as a dry cold front tries to push through. The high 82.

FRIDAY: A blend of sunshine and clouds as the cold front pushes back north as a warm front. Our afternoon highs go up a couple degrees to 84.

SATURDAY: Still dry and very warm with highs in the mid 80s.

SUNDAY: A cold front approaches the region, but it looks like it slows down with a strong area of high pressure keeping it at bay. The day looks partly cloudy and warm with a high around 80.

MONDAY: The front finally is able to take over high pressure with a chance of some much needed showers. Some models indicate tropical moisture may come up along the coast so we will keep track of it the next few days. High 75.

TUESDAY: A chance of some leftover showers with a high in the mid 70s.

Enjoy your day! Alan
