BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - The Berkeley Springs community is mourning the loss of a man who dedicated much of his life to serving Morgan county.

Flags are flying at half-staff all over Berkeley springs in honor of Dave Michael, who passed away earlier this week.

His colleagues say he was discovered in his home Tuesday after he did not show up to work. His family says they have not conducted an autopsy.
