Weather Synopsis: A developing area of low pressure will move towards the region as we get from Wednesday Night and into Thursday, bringing the chance of showers and thunderstorms. Some rain could be locally heavy at times leading to localized flash flooding. A Flash Flood Watch is NOT anticipated at this time, but if you live in a low lying area, and you start to receive some heavy rainfall, be prepared to take the appropriate action.  High pressure will build into the area as we get late into this week and the weekend, but we will be keeping the seasonable weather with us, as high temperatures will only be in the low to mid 80's for the next seven days.

Have a great evening!
