Chambersburg Police Search for Man in Connection to Fatal Shooting

Officers with the Chambersburg Police Department are searching for a man in connection to a fatal shooting that happened last month.
CHAMBERSBURG, PA- Officers with the Chambersburg Police Department are searching for a man in connection to a fatal shooting that happened last month. 

Police say Kevin Rouner, 37, of Gardners, Pa., is charged with one count of first-degree murder after 44-year-old David Gipe's body was found lying in the middle of 354 W. King Street on July 18. Police discovered Gipe had been shot after he had gotten out of his parked vehicle. 

Rouner was last seen driving a silver 2000 Pontiac Gran Prix, four-door sedan, with Pennsylvania plates HSE-4521. 

Police say the firearm used in the murder has not been recovered and it's not known if Rouner still has the weapon in his possession.
