TODAY: It's mostly sunny, but still frigid with highs in the upper teens. Wind chills will remain below 0 this morning and rise to the single digits in the afternoon with a west wind at 10-15 mph. A few clouds will begin to move in late in the day toward sunset.

TONIGHT: It's mostly cloudy as yet another clipper starts to move in from the west. Light snow is expected to begin just before dawn in Garrett County.

Only light snow accumulations are possible with a coating to an inch in spots. West of the Allegheny front, 3"-6" is expected. It will be windy, but it's not quite as cold with a high of 31.

MONDAY: An Arctic front passes by with gusty winds and a few clouds. The high in the upper 20s.

TUESDAY: The bottom falls out again with highs only in the teens, but wind chill will go below zero at times!

WEDNESDAY: Sunny, but frigid. The high 17.

THURSDAY: Partly cloudy and still cold with a high in the mid 20s.

Enjoy your day! Alan
