At Least 30 Injured in Serious Bus Crash

Bedford County 911 confirms the crash happened around 2:30 p.m. Sunday along Route 220.
BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. - At least 30 people were injured when a tour bus crashed Sunday afternoon in Bedford County. 

Bedford County 911 confirms the crash happened around 2:30 p.m. Sunday along Route 220.

They say 15 people were taken to Western Maryland hospitals with minor injuries.

Crews from Bedford, Allegany and Mineral counties were all called to scene.

The bus was headed to Rocky Gap Casino in Cumberland, Maryland. 

The bus is owned by Freedom Excursions, which is based out of Altoona.

No other details were immediately released.
