Police are searching for answers after a 24-year-old Chambersburg man went mysteriously missing in South Carolina.
WHAG NEWS - Police are searching for answers after a 24-year-old Chambersburg man went mysteriously missing in South Carolina.

Justin Addlesberger was first reported missing on Friday, January 24, 2014. Mount Pleasant Police say Addlesberger had gone to a concert with his roommate, Madison Smith, and left early when he was denied entry due to being intoxicated.

Smith told police she had put Addlesberger in a taxi and sent him home to their apartment on 317 Harbor Pointe Drive in Mount Pleasant. Smith told police she had received a text from Addlesberger around 11 p.m. saying he got home save. Addlesberger was last physically seen around 10 p.m. at night at his apartment after he was dropped off by the cab driver.

Smith, as well as family members and friends have not been able to get in contact with Addlesberger, according to police. His cell phone goes straight to voice-mail and his mail box is full. Family members say it is unlike him to not recharge his phone for awhile. Police contacted Verizon in an attempt to obtain a possible location of the cell phone. The location was obtained for the tower at 4931 Banco Road in Charleston.

Police say he'd only been living in South Carolina for a few months. Addlesberger is described as 5'10", 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing gray jeans, brown boots, and a grey zip-up hoody.

Addlesberger's family has set up a Facebook page to help spread the word. To view the page click here. Anyone with information is asked to call Mt. Pleasant Police Department at (843)-884-4176.
