Deputies Investigate Another Horse Incident in Martinsburg

Officials with Berkeley County Animal Control said on Wednesday they responded to the report of a horse whose tail had been cut off in the area of Thatcher Road.
BERKELEY COUNTY, W.Va. - The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office is investigating another horse incident that happened in Martinsburg. 

Officials with Berkeley County Animal Control said on Wednesday they responded to the report of a horse whose tail had been cut off in the area of Thatcher Road. Upon arrival, officers determined that only the hair on the horses tail had been cut, no injury to the horse was sustained. 

At this time, deputies said they're unable to determine the time of day which this occurred, and the suspects are unknown.
