FBI Searches for Man Wanted in Murder, D.C. Girl Still Missing

The FBI is asking for the public's help in locating Kahlil Malik Tatum, who's charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Tatum is charged in the murder of his wife, Andrea Denise Tatum.
MARYLAND - The FBI and officers with the Prince George's County Police Department and Metropolitan Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating Kahlil Malik Tatum, who's charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. 

Police say Tatum is charged in the murder of his wife, Andrea Denise Tatum. 

Tatum is described as a black man, 5'7" tall, weighting around 170 lbs. Police say he has a distinctive tattoo on his left upper arm. He's believed to be traveling with 8-year-old Relisha Tenau Rudd. D.C. police issued an Amber Alert for the missing girl on March 20. She's described as a black girl, weighing around 70 to 80 lbs, with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. 

If you see Tatum or Relisha you're asked to call 911 immediately. You can also call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. 

Citizens could receive a reward of up to $70,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Tatum, and locating Relisha. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the location and return of Relisha. The FBI is offering a separate reward of up to $20,000 for information. The Prince George's County, Maryland, Police Department is also offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to Tatum's arrest and indictment. 

The FBI Baltimore and Washington Field Offices, Prince George's County Maryland Police Department, and the Metropolitan Police Department are investigating the case.
