Fire Damages House in Berkeley County, W.Va.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy flames shooting through the roof and put out the fire in 15 minutes.
HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Crews battled a fire Sunday evening at a vacant home in Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Dispatchers with Berkeley County Fire and Rescue say the blaze broke out around 9 p.m. at a home along the 200 block of South Mary Street in Hedgesville.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy flames shooting through the roof and put out the fire in 15 minutes.

The fire chief says the home was unoccupied, and no one was hurt. This fire is under investigation.
