Ford Dealership Opens New State of the Art Facilities

The Hagerstown Ford dealership on Massey Boulevard opened its doors to the public to show off their new state-of-the art facilities after wrapping up a three year project.
HAGERSTOWN, Md. - A local Ford dealership held a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday to celebrate their newly renovated facilities.

The Hagerstown Ford dealership on Massey Boulevard opened its doors to the public to show off their new state-of-the art facilities after wrapping up a three year project.

"It's refreshing coming in everyday into this beautiful facilities, but most importantly, we're excited for our customers," said General Sales Manager, Eric Carper.

The service center, car lot, front showroom and all offices were completely renovated and many new additions were added, including a customer waiting area, a two-story used car facility and a new quick center where customers can get their oil changed or tires rotated without an appointment.

"In the past, customers had to come into our tradition waiting line to get waited on and most would have to have an appointment. Now they can pull right in and get service," said Rick Kelly, principal of the dealership.
