Four Arrested in Heroin, Cocaine Drug Bust

Martinsburg police and the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force conducted a drug arrest detail in West Virginia and Virginia.
WHAG NEWS - Four people were arrested Friday stemming from an ongoing drug investigation conducted by the Martinsburg Police Department. 

Police and the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force conducted a drug arrest detail in West Virginia and Virginia. 

Warrants were served on four people; Stephen Miller Jr., 25, of Martinsburg, W.Va., Derek Rickard, 28, of Hedgesville, W.Va., Derrick Lyles, 22, of Martinsburg, W.Va., and Michael Vogues, 24, of Kearneysville, West Virginia. 

Police say Miller, Richard and Lyles are all charged with delivery of heroin. Vogues is charged with delivery of heroin and delivery of cocaine. 

In each of the charges, police informants were utilized to make controlled purchases of heroin and cocaine.
