Any registered voter in Maryland may request and vote by absentee ballot with a Maryland driver’s license or MVA-issued ID card, by submitting a signed application, by phone, in writing, or in person at the County Board of Elections.

If you miss the deadline, you can request an absentee ballot in person.

Again, the Primary elections in Maryland are on June 24.
