Man Gets Caught Trying to Sell Drugs in Applebee's Parking Lot

An odor of marijuana was detected, and upon further investigation police found a marijuana cigarette, two bags of marijuana totaling around 16 grams, and a smoking pipe.
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. - The Washington Township Police Department says a Florida man is facing multiple drug charges after he was caught trying to sell marijuana inside a local restaurant's parking lot. 

Officers say around 7 p.m. on Monday, May 12 they were called to the Sheetz along 13030 Washington Township Blvd. for the report of a subject approaching a person, and asking if he wanted to buy some "bone". 

Upon arrival, the caller was able to point out the subjects vehicle in the Applebee's parking lot. Police made contact with Tyler Leishear, 22, of Punta Gorda, Florida, who was sitting in the driver's seat. 

An odor of marijuana was detected, and upon further investigation police found a marijuana cigarette, two bags of marijuana totaling around 16 grams, and a smoking pipe. 

Leishear was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail.
