Man Wanted in Multiple States Ordered Back to Virginia

A man who was arrested last week inside a library in Wheeling, W.Va., on a fugitive warrant for owning a firearm as a felon, is being brought back to the state of Virginia.
WHAG NEWS - A man who was arrested last week inside a library in Wheeling, W.Va., on a fugitive warrant for owning a firearm as a felon, is being brought back to the state of Virginia. 

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe signed an extradition order to return Charles Severance to Virginia, where he faces a weapons charge in Loudoun County. Severance has stated he does not want to be extradited back to Virginia. 

Furthermore, federal and state agents are looking into whether Severance is connected to three high-profile murders in Alexandria. 

According to officials, Severance also previously lived in Cumberland, Md., where he operated a bed and breakfast 

He's currently being held at the West Virginia Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
