Severe Weather Alert: Bryan's Sunday Evening Forecast - 11/17/13

A Wind Advisory has been issued for portions of the area for tonight into Monday, but we are looking for the potential of damaging winds tonight. Meteorologist Bryan Schuerman has the details in his local forecast for Sunday Evening November 17th, 2013.

Weather Synopsis: After some sunshine on Saturday, the clouds are on the increase, and our weather for Sunday into Monday looks to be very interesting. Here's what our bullet points for this forecast are:
  • Cold Front swings through overnight tonight into Monday Morning.
  • Severe Weather: Storm Prediction Center - Slight Risk for Severe Thunderstorms for the entire viewing area Sunday Night overnight into Monday Morning
  • Damaging winds are the primary threat with what will be a gusty line of showers with a few embedded thunderstorms, with already windy conditions
  • Colder air works in behind the cold front for Monday, and the windy conditions will continue through Monday and into Tuesday

Tonight: *Wind Advisory in effect through Monday Morning...* Mostly cloudy skies with the chance of showers and a few thunderstorms primarily after midnight. Windy conditions developing. Severe thunderstorms with damaging winds possible overnight. Low: 47-52.  Winds: Southwest 15-25 MPH with gusts of 35-45 MPH possible.

Tomorrow (Monday): Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of an early shower or storm. Damaging winds possible into the early morning hours. Skies clearing in the late morning and into the afternoon hours.  High: 58-63 (High will be reached early in the day, with falling temperatures into the afternoon hours...).  Winds: West 10-20 MPH with gusts as high as 30 MPH. 

Tomorrow Night: Mostly clear skies and cold.  Low: 34-39.  Winds: Northwest 10-15 MPH with gusts as high as 30 MPH.
