Police Respond to Reported Stabbing

Officers with the Martinsburg Police Department responded to a reported stabbing that took place on South Queen Street early Saturday morning.
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Officers with the Martinsburg Police Department responded to a reported stabbing Saturday morning around 3:20 a.m. Police say it happened on South Queen Street. 

Police say according to witnesses, a man was trying to break up a fight when he was stabbed by someone involved in the fight. The suspect may have been a member of a motorcycle organization, and fled from the scene in a black vehicle, according to police.

The victim was transported to Berkeley Medical Center and his condition is unknown at the moment.
