A milder day is in store for the 4State, but Sunday afternoon a low pressure system will bring another round of winter weather to the 4State.
A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the entire 4State region beginning on Sunday at 6 P.M. until Monday at 6 P.M.  This storm will arrive Sunday afternoon as rain and continue throughout the evening.  We'll eventually have a switch to wintry mix (freezing rain & sleet) overnight and then change over to snow by Monday morning.  As of now we're expecting 4"-8" across the region; more specific totals should be expected later this evening.  This storm will affect the Monday morning commute across the Mid-Atlantic.  

TODAY:  High pressure is still in charge with partly cloudy skies.  HIGH:  41.  Winds:  South 8-12 MPH. 

TONIGHT:  Partly cloudy, not as cold as last night.  LOW:  28.  Winds: South 5-10 MPH.

SUNDAY:  Afternoon rain, slowly changing over to wintry mix/snow by midnight.  HIGH:  46,  LOW:  24.  Winds:  South 6-8 MPH.

MONDAY:  A wintry mix will change completely over to snow by Monday morning.  HIGH:  25,  LOW:  10.

TUESDAY:  Mostly sunny and still cold.  HIGH:  29,  LOW:  12.  

WEDNESDAY:  Sunshine and clouds.  HIGH:  30,  LOW:  17.

THURSDAY:  Partly sunny.  HIGH:  32,  LOW:  24. 

FRIDAY:  Mostly cloudy.  HIGH:  42,  LOW:  29.
