Stephanie's Saturday Morning Forecast 7/26/14

We're looking at a typical summer's day for your 4State today, but storms are right around the corner for tonight and Sunday.

Today will be another typical summer’s day with the chance of an evening thunderstorm or two.  We’re already under a “Slight Risk” for severe weather for Sunday – Storms will trek across the Ohio Valley tonight right into the 4State region tomorrow.  These storms have the potential of producing damaging winds, large hail, and heavy downpours of rain.  An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.  Storms should be stronger in the afternoon.  Temperatures will stay warm and more humid in the upper 80’s both today and Sunday.  We’ll have a chance of thunderstorms on Monday but cooler temperatures as a strong cold front moves through.  The remainder of the 7-Day forecast looks sunny and nice.
