TODAY:  Snow along the Allegheny Front, 2"-4" is possible.  Rain will continue for the remainder of the 4State, with winds gusting up to 50 MPH in the Potomac Highlands.  HIGH:  46.  Winds:  NW 15-25 MPH, Gusts: 35 MPH +.  Localized flooding is possible.  

TONIGHT:  Cold air is left behind the cold front passage.  Precipitation will end by midnight.  LOW:  35,  Winds:  NW 15-25, Gusts: 35 MPH+.
