Three Arrested in Large Drug Bust in Front Royal

Investigators say the arrests are a result of a several month long investigation into the distribution of heroin.
FRONT ROYAL, Va. - Three people are facing felony charges following a large heroin bust in Front Royal. 

Members with the Northwest Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on June 26, 2014 at a local residence at 410 Kerfoot Avenue. Investigators say the arrests are a result of a several month long investigation into the distribution of heroin. 

Brandon Gibbs-Brown, 21, Cody Gibbs-Brown, 19, and Joseph Williams, 20, all from Front Royal, Va., were taken into custody and charged with the distribution of heroin. Police say the charge could carry up to a 20 year jail sentence. 

The Drug Task Force seized 97 individually wrapped bags of heroin worth a street value of $3,000. A court date is set at 10 a.m. July 15, 2014 in General District Court.
