Two Arrested After Stealing Car with GPS Tracking Device

Both suspects are being held at the Allegany County Detention Center. Lamb is being held on a $175,000 bond; Urrutia on a $30,000 bond.
CUMBERLAND, Md. - Two residents were arrested after police say they stole a vehicle with a GPS tracking device inside. 

Thursday morning, Cumberland Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Grand Avenue near Fourth Street in Cumberland.

Joseph Lamb, 22, of Cumberland, Md., and Jasmin Urrutia, 20, of Harrisburg, Pa., were arrested.

Police say a search of the car lead to the discovery of a .38 caliber handgun and marijuana.

Both suspects are being held at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Lamb is being held on a $175,000 bond and Urrutia is being held on a $30,000 bond.
